This programme is an extension of your TORAJA TOUR.
Day- 1 (D):
At 07.30 depart to PENDOLO by the way to PALOPO. It takes about 7 hours driving along the 270 kms of mountain road. Lunch enroute at local restaurant. In the afternoon arrive at the southern part of POSO lake side. Dinner and overnight at a very simple local lodging.
Day- 2 (B-L-D):
Depart to TENTENA by boat. On the way, visit the National Orchid Park in BANCEA. Buffalo stone and Grind Stone. Lunch boxes will be provided on board. Dinner and overnight at Siuri Cottage or Pamona Indah Hotel in Tentena.
Day- 3 (B-L-D):
Today a relaxing trip visiting the 60 metres high SALOPA waterfall with its 9 natural pools. It is about 17 kms by car then 4 kms on foot (one way). Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Day- 4 (B-L-D):
Today you will start your real adventure trip to GINTU by jeep on 4-10 hour driving along very bad road. Dinner and overnight at a simple local house.
Day- 5 (B-L-D):
GINTU - TUARE (10 hours walk).
Crossing LARIANG river by bamboo raft, then visit DUHUNGGA house / TAMBI rice storage called BUHO, stone vats "KALAMBA", stone MORTAR cover, SEPE grassland plateau to see the Giant Megalith stone statue of PAUNDO at the SEPE culture complex.
Day - 6 (B-L-D):
TUARE - MOA (10 hours walk). Opportunity to taste specific palm-wine and visit KULAWI tribe.
Day- 7 (B-L-D):
MOA - AU (10 hours walk). Along the way you'll see more flora and fauna of the CENTRAL SULAWESI tropical rainforest, rare birds such as HORN BILLS, PARROTS, BEEEATERS etc.
Day- 8 (B-L-D):
AU - GIMPU. It takes about 7 hours walk through tropical jungle along the LARIANG river. Arrive at GIMPU, then continue by car to PALU. Dinner and overnight at PALU GOLDEN HOTEL.
Day - 9 (B):
Free at leisure, until time for transfer to the airport for your next destination.

MAMASA NATURE (WEST TORAJA) : SIC - 003
4 days- 3 nights

Visit MAMASA (West Toraja) to see different natural and more adventurous places.
Day- 1 (L-D):
After meeting service at Hasanuddin airport, direct departure for MAMASA (West Toraja). The trip will take about 10 - hour, driving through BUGIS villages with their typical houses on poles, and along the beautiful west coast of Sulawesi. Dinner and overnight at Mamasa Cottage.
Day- 2 (B-L-D):
Full-day tour, visiting:

The oldest tombs at TEDONG-TEDONG MINANGA.
The oldest village on the western part of MAMASA at OSANGO.
The Natural and hot spring at KAMPUNG BUNTU KASISI and KAMPUNG RANTE KATOAN.

Afternoon, foot trip to:

The typical village of TAWALIAN.
The oldest traditional house at RAMBU SERATU/RANTE BUDA.

Back to MAMASA for overnight.
Day - 3 (B-L-D):
Return to UJUNG PANDANG and overnight at hotel or extend to TORAJA for a minimum 2 (two) nights, at additional cost.
Day - 4 (B):
Free at leisure until time for transfer to the airport for your next destination.

Note: The aboue itinerary can be reversed, staying in UJUNG PANDANG on Day 1 instead of Day 3. This would be the case, if arrival at Hasanuddin airport is in the afternoon. How ever, in the resewed programme, lunch is not included on
