You are free to make your own package tour to suit the duration of your holiday and we only charge you according to the package you make. The said package tour is a seat in coach/car basis tour. You may, however, request for private arrangements at extra charges. Because this is a sharing basis tour, for your own convenience and easy in travelling, we strongly recommend that you carry only an overnight bag with the bare essentials. We will deposit your suitcase in our office, and so we hope that prior to your arrival you will already have seperated your overnight for immefiate handling.

HOW TO BOOK Select the package tour of your choice. Then contact your travel agent or Merpati Nusantara Office or Limbunan Head Office Tel. 062-411-333555 / Fax. 062-411-314344. To avoid disappointment we suggest you book 14 days prior the date of your arrival at the first holiday destination point in Indonesia. However, for holidays during the high season of April, May, June, July, August and September we recommended that you book at least one month in advance. TOUR PRICES Prices include meals, transportation, transfer, tours etc., as mentioned in each package description. Accommodation is in a shared twin bedded room, with a supplementary charge being made for single occupancy. The package tour prices based on a minimum of two persons travelling together. For one person travelling alone, there is an increased charge, You will find these cost in the 'Single Reservation' panels of the price boxes. TRIPLE SHARE Cost for adult occupying a third bed is 95% of the twin sharing prices. Please note that in some hotels an extra bed usually consists of a fold away bed, and at certain programmes or hotels a third bed may not be available. DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN A child under 12 years is generally granted a reduction of the package price provided that he/she is accompained by at least two adults and stay in the same room as the accompanying adults. With the use of a third bed, the reduction is 25% of the adults twin sharing price, while without the use of a third bed the reduction is 50%. Only a maximum of two children is allowed to occupy the same room with the accompanying adults. NOT INCLUDE IN PRICES Airfares to and from Indonesia, domestic flights, airport taxes, meals and/or sightseeing not specified on each holiday itenerary, costs of passports and visas, laundry, liquor, excess baggage charge, tips, personal or bagagge insurance, cable, telephone or communication charges and items of personal nature. DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION A deposit of 15% of the tour price per person is payable at the time of booking, and the balance of the full tour price must be paid upon confirmation of your booking. This deposit/payment is fully refundable if the arrangements are cancelled up to 10 days before the intended date of arrival at the first holiday destination point in Indonesia. Your deposit/payment is not refundable if cancellation of confirmed arrangement occurs less than 10 days before the reserved arrival date. TRANSFERS AND TOURS. Private cars, microbuses or motor coaches are used for transfer and tours depending on the numbers of participants travelling on the same date. All tour and the majority of transfer include the services of local English speaking guides.

PROGRAMME CHANGES. All package are package arrangements and non individual programme changes or modifications can be made. Local handling agents reserve the right to rearrange the order of any package tour itinerary, to cancel, or to substitute elements of any program when local conditions force such changes. REFUNDS. After commencement of travel, no refund, in full or in part, will be given for services included in the programme which are not utilised. SPESIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR IRIAN JAYA. Special permit is required and we can assist at a surcharge. Walking shoes, lightrain coats, and sleeping bags ( for YALIMO extension) should be provided/taken along the participants. Due to the limited load & space on aircrafts for fligh Wamena and Anggruk, only a minimim of luggage allowed. BROCHURE CONTENTS. Illustration are intended to set the mood of each package destination and may not present actual views as seen on specific tours. INSURANCE. Passengers are advised to take out insurance to cover the following risks while on a tour: medical, surgical and dental, additional expenses, baggage, loss of money, personal liability. LIABILITY. Limbunan Tours, its associates or agents, while taking every care with passengers luggage or property, shall not accept any liability for damage, loss or inconvenience in the handling there of. The transportation companies or firms shall be exempt for all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury, however or by whomsoever caused and whatever kind occurring, of or to the passenger if not on board a carrier or conveyance used and operated by the transport companies or firms. The passage contract in use by the transportation companies or firms concerned shall constitute the sole contact between the transportation companies or firms and purchases of these tours and/or passage. We strongly recommend purchase of Baggage Insurance.
